Do I need to be home during the deep clean?
You’re welcome to be there, but most clients aren’t. Many people prefer to be out of the house while we work. We’ll confirm when we arrive and when we’re finished, and you can reach us anytime during the visit. Lockbox and key arrangements can be discussed when you book.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Clear countertops of small appliances and personal items if you can, it lets us clean surfaces more thoroughly. You don’t need to pre-clean anything. If there are specific areas you want us to focus on or skip, let us know when you book. We’ll ask about pets, allergies, and product preferences in advance as well.
How often should I book a deep clean?
