How far in advance do I need to book a move-out clean?
As early as possible, ideally 1–2 weeks out. That said, we do our best to accommodate short-notice requests, especially mid-week. Contact us to check availability.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No. Most move-in/move-out clients leave a key or door code. We lock up when we’re done and send you a completion message. You’re welcome to do a final walk-through after we finish.
Is there anything I need to do before the team arrives?
Just make sure the space is empty of furniture and personal belongings. Appliances should be accessible and utilities (power, water) should be on.
Do you clean carpets?
We deep-vacuum carpets thoroughly. For steam cleaning or carpet extraction, we recommend a dedicated carpet cleaning service and are happy to refer you to one we trust in the Grand Rapids area.
Does the move-out clean come with a guarantee?
Yes. If your landlord or property manager identifies something we missed within 24 hours, contact us and we’ll return to address it at no charge.
